Six treatment rooms, five categories. The three signature treatments are our own recipes — the rest are classics, well executed. A 5-minute consultation precedes every treatment, free.

LAVENDERSIGNATURE

Lavender oil massage

Cold-pressed lavender oil from Tihany's own field. Soft, no deep tissue — restorative, not corrective.

Bakony herbal soak

Weekly-fresh herbal mix from Bakony forest. Individually made muslin sachet — enough for two soaks, second one travels home with you.

Sunrise hydrotherapy circuit

5:30 to 8:30 — thermal pool, cold plunge, Finnish sauna, steam, silent rest. Capped at six.

Scalp + face ritual

Scalp and face only — hands, hot-and-cold small spoons, lavender oil. Seated.

Breath room

Breath only. One facilitator, one small room. Guided, quiet session. 6 max.

Couples thermal

For two, in the private thermal room. Two tin tubs, a tiled-floor shared room, lavender lines through the window.
